Reported Errors:
| Problem: | I got an error as follows: PDB Converter Component 'SWBLINK.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registerd: a file is missing or invalid |
| Solution: | I use another program called PDBConverter written by Mike Verive. I'm assuming it was written with Visual Basic. Since I have Visual Basic installed on both my computer I did not notice the missing files. Try downloading the full installer (4.25 MB) and let me know if it still does not work. |
| Problem: | I can't find HVTCOUT.DAT. |
| Solution: | You will need Ward Clerk access to your ward's MIS. Go to menu 3.7.3. There you will find HTVTOUT.DAT. |
